DESCRIPTION:Joja Wendt è un rinomato pianista tedesco di jazz\, blues e boogie-woogie. Si esibirà dal vivo presso la fabbrica Steinway di Amburgo. \nBiografia\nAll’età di quattro anni\, Joja Wendt  iniziò a praticare quella che lui definisce “pittura sonora” al pianoforte. In seguito studiò pianoforte al Conservatorio di Hilversum e alla Manhattan School of Music di New York. Durante una jam session in un locale di Amburgo\, fu scoperto da Joe Cocker\, che lo ingaggiò come artista di supporto per il suo tour\, dando così inizio alla carriera internazionale di Joja. Seguirono esibizioni pubbliche con Jerry Lee Lewis e Chuck Berry. \nI tour di concerti di Joja lo hanno portato dal Sudafrica a Singapore\, in Cina e in Russia\, fino ai palchi della Carnegie Hall di New York e di altri luoghi leggendari. Si esibisce in festival jazz internazionali con Monty Alexander e Lou Rawls\, compone colonne sonore e ha pubblicato più di 30 CD\, tra cui Pacifique  con la leggenda del jazz e del soul Les McCann\, registrato a Los Angeles. Questo musicista sembra gestire senza sforzo lo stress di oltre 100 esibizioni dal vivo all’anno. I concerti dal vivo sono la sua più grande passione. Riceve regolarmente standing ovation in tutte le principali sale da concerto\, dall’Alte Oper di Francoforte e il Prinzregententheater di Monaco al Gewandhaus di Lipsia. \nNel 2016\, Joja Wendt ha fondato la scuola di pianoforte online “JOJA’s Piano Academy” per offrire a quante più persone possibile l’opportunità di imparare a suonare il pianoforte da casa. I corsi sono pensati sia per principianti che per studenti avanzati e vengono costantemente aggiornati con nuovi contenuti. \nJoja Wendt è vincitore del Premio Louis Armstrong ed è un artista Steinway .
